--THE PROPERTY--
As previously mentioned the property is 226.15 surveyed acres. The boundaries are established and very well marked. There are two points that allow access on both ends of the property. Big quality bucks have consistently been taken off this property by the current owner, his family, and friends. The property has very well established food plots that have been put into the right places. As you can see from the pictures, they are in very good shape except for the demolishing that they get from the huge deer population. Part of this property has been previously strip mined. There are some huge spoil banks that provide excellent cover for the deer and this is a big part of the reason there are so many here. The timber on the place is good but there is not a huge amount of marketable timber. The woods is a mixture of hardwood oaks, pine, and sycamore. The property is very well gated and posted. The owners of this property and the adjoining landowners have gone to great lenghts to prevent trespassing with signs, gates, and fencing. The property has a good mixture of open ground, woods, and a little marsh land for the waterfowl hunter. This also provides an extra barrier against trespassers. There is a lake with a huge underground stream, (which I will give a description of)another duck pond, and a creek. There are also a couple of springs. The turkey population is every bit as impressive as the deer!

-THE ADJOINING PROPERTY & AREA-
The adjoining properties consist of more wilderness, hardwood oaks and hardly any type of human development for miles around. The adjoing properties are several avid hunters who try and manage their property to hold big bucks. This property is located in Hopkins County very near the Christian County line. It is near (within 5 miles) the Pennyrile Forrest State park. Of course, this is where the famous Pennyrille Amish Buck and other very remarkable deer were taken. For the mappers, this property is just slightly southwest of the town of Saint Charles, KY.

--THE LAKE--
The 5+/- ac lake is a very deep old strip pit. It is over 40 ft deep in places. As you can see from the pictures, it is a beautiful clear body of water. It has a huge underground stream in it that makes it overflow into the creek all year long. It is FULL of great fish. Bass, bluegill, crappie and several others. It provides some very cool swiming in the summer because of the underground stream.It is so clear that you can see your own toes. It has a beautiful rock high wall (see pictures). The electricity will have to be run quite a ways to acheive an on-the-grid home on the lake. As you can see on the overview, the lake is almost in the center of the property.

This property is behind locked gates. You will need to contact our agency for access. Please do not just drive in to the property yourself. You will not be able to access it. There are some adjoining property owners and neighbors who regularly patrol the area. They deal with treaspassers promptly. Please book your viewing appointment with as much notice as possible.
