As previously mentioned, the property consists of 67.33 acres. There is 14.53 acres of this, which has been surveyed. The balance is according to the deed and Logan County, Kentucky records. There are app 6+/- acres of open ground with the balance in decent young timber. The timber was selectively harvested approximately 8 years ago in one section. The balance of timber is a good mixture of young acorn-bearing white oak and blackjack oak. The boundaries are marked very well and the property offers a good mixture of thicket woods and open ridgeline woods. There is a small pond that is stocked and spring fed according to the owner. There is a small home that is in exceedingly bad shape but has served as a hunting cabin for several years. Some minor work could be done to salvage it for this reason. I will give a better description of it later in this ad. I have provided a detailed aerial overview of this property in my ad pictures. All utilities are readily available and easy accessible. There is also a well on the property if anyone should decide to go this route instead of county water. The property has road frontage on two different county-maintained roads but is well off the beaten path.

As you can see from the pictures, this house is in exceedingly bad condition. It is not a castle but most hunters (at least some) are not worried about luxury accommodations. It needs some attention before it is totally unsalvageable.
