Very nice area, rural location near Parkersburg and Charleston. Like almost all property in West Virginia, there are no mineral rights with this property. The mineral rights were sold off years ago.
One of the best white tail deer areas in the nation. The deer are nice sized and plenteous. There are also a lot of turkey, grouse and squirrel in the area.
About 90% of the land is wooded, with the rest being in lighter woods and brush. The woods are mainly red oak, tulip poplar and hickory.
