The Hitchins Tract is a 4,000 acre property located in Carter County Kentucky. The property is about an hour and a half from Lexington Ky. (pop. 260,512), 45 minutes from Huntington WV. (pop. 48,982), and two hours and forty five minutes from Louisville Ky. (pop. 693,604) The property is about fifteen minutes off of I-64 just outside of Grayson Ky. This property is an excellent for timber production and recreation. The tract great access from two paved roads along with many exceptional interior roads throughout, including a newly constructed 8 mile road that runs thru the center of the property. There is no planning or zoning in Carter County making the subdivision of the property an easy process. The tract is well suited for a hunting club or private retreat. Adjoining Carter County is Lewis County which is one of the top 3 Counties in Kentucky for Boone and Crockett trophy deer.
