This farm was formerly known as the Myron and Gloria Hale Farm, prior to that the Turnbaugh Farm, and originally the Christian Stabler Farm. Christian Stabler was a local builder and constructed the original part of this two story, stone home in 1811. A two story addition was later built.
This is a preserved farm and a copy of the Easement will be made available upon request. The Sellers are keeping a two acre lot off of this property, and this 192 /- acres is net of this lot. This lot is along Downes Road and the Buyer of this farm will have the Right Of First Refusal to purchase this two acres, if it is offered for sale in the future.
