Formerally known as the Blue Spring Trout Farm in Yellville Arkansas. Ozark Mountain Spring produces 3 and 1ǘ million gallons of cold water per day enableing it to run a trout farm as it is set up to do. If you are into hydro electric generation, this is the place! The water is of such a high quality it could be bottled right out of the ground! Cyrstal clear, cold Ozark Mountain Spring water is what this farm is all about. Currently the trout farm is not in pperation.

There are 4 concrete raceways to raise trout and 3 large ponds to stock, all fed by the spring. In addition, there is another large spring where you can drink the water right out of the ground! Also there is over 2200 feet of a year round pristine Ozark Mountain Creek running through the property along with another smaller creek and a waterfall. This property is a cold water paradise and truly one of a kind located in the pristine Ozark Mountains. There are several acres in the richest bottom land in Arkansas so you can grow whatever you want, with all the water available you want. The property has had no chemicals used on it in the last 22 years and even though it not a certified Organic farm, it easily could be.

There are over a hundred Black Walnut trees on the property along with Hickory, Oak, Cedar, Elder, Elm and every kind of wild flower you could imagine along with several types of herbs including Golden Seal Root, Mint and Gensing.

The home is 3 bedroom 1 bath, a great room and a basement with a full bath which makes a total of 2400 heated and cooled sq ft. A new high SAR heat and cooling system was installed a year ago along with a new 400 foot well. There is also 2 types of wood heating in the home along with a concrete safe room in case of bad storms. The home is only in fair condition. The pastorial views from the home are incrediable! There is a metal shop building to house all your equiptment and wood shop.

The farm is about 1 and 1ǘ hours from Branson MO and 15 minutes from Wal-Mart. Out in the country but close to everything including the world famous White River, the Buffalo River and Crooked Creek, all world famous for trout and small mouth bass fishing.
