Description

This beautiful Ranch of approx. 3,500 Deeded acres sits at the foot of the Majestic East Humboldt Mountains of Northeastern Nevada in Elko County. The ranch has surface water rights out of Herder Creek, Ackler Creek and out of Alles Creek. There appear to be approx. 135 acres with surface water rights to 509 acre feet of water. There are several other streams on the ranch as well. There are approx. 2 miles of Ackler Creek running through the ranch. The Ackler Creek basin is a prime Mule Deer summer range and has historically produced many trophy bucks. The mountains also are home for Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep and Rocky Mountain Goat.
