Andy Jordan was born in Robbinsville, NC. A successful athlete at Robbinsville High School and one of the few athletes from RHS to play in the NC-SC Shrine Bowl game he then attended Western Carolina University where he started at running back for 3 years and graduating in 3.5 years with a degree in Business.
Andy has owned and operated multiple businesses throughout his career while maintaining his NC Brokers License for approximately 35 years giving him excellent knowledge and ability to market businesses throughout western NC. Living in Asheville NC for a large part of his life his knowledge of commercial real estate in the western portion of NC is unsurpassed.
The Jordan Properties headquarters are in Maggie Valley, NC properly positioning his business in the market he serves. Jordan’s focus is commercial properties, businesses and land with a market territory of western North Carolina. He is considered to be a top agent on the Cherokee Indian Reserve with over 10 transactions and the top listings.
Jordan and his brother Randy subsequently formed their own company, Jordan Properties. Randy Jordan also owns Graham County Land Company and specializes in all forms of site and utility work.
