Jeff serves his recreational ranch buyer and seller clients owning, developing or acquiring ranches in primarily Eastland, Palo Pinto, Parker, Erath, Young, Throckmorton, Shackleford, Coleman, Tom Green and Stephens Counties. His portfolio equity contacts are nationwide.
Jeff has served on planning and zoning boards, development groups, comprehensive planning committees, Boy Scout fundraising round tables, four historic cemetery boards and numerous other charitable endeavors.

Jeff''s ancestors reached Texas prior to statehood, entering Eastland and Stephens Counties in the 1860s, prompting him to write one historical book and numerous historical articles about the region. He grew up in Richardson, north of Dallas. He graduated from Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Austin College in Sherman and pursued graduate work at Southern Methodist University, the American Institute of Banking and serial independent studies in several extracurricular areas.
