Jason's roots go deep in the heart of Texas, coming from four generations of farming and ranching in the panhandle. Jason moved to the north Texas area in 1994 to pursue a career in marketing for U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co. Through hard work and dedication Jason worked his way up to the companys Marketing Promotions Supervisor. After an amazing 18 year career with UST, Jason decided to pursue a career in real estate specializing in Farm and Ranch, and Commercial Real Estate.
Jason thrives on hard work, dedication, and a willing heart to serve. These values stem from being raised in the western world. Jason, his wife Melinda and their two daughters, Jada and Tana, live outside of Denton near the town of Ponder.
In addition to real estate Jason is the founder of Cowboy Militia, an apparel company that markets to the western world and the Texas music scene. Outside of work Jason is a member of the United States Team Roping Championships and Cross Timbers Church. In his free time Jason enjoys team roping, hunting, and hauling his daughters to youth rodeos and barrel races.
Ben is a Native Texan and has called Denton home for over 20 years. After graduating from Denton High School in 2005, Ben went down to Baylor University to earn a four year degree in Education. In 2011 Ben obtained his real estate license and hasnt looked back. Bens passion to serve others and his determination has propelled him to one of the top real estate agents in Denton County. My goal has always been to treat others how I would want to be treated, and in return I have been able to serve a lot of people through real estate!!
Outside of work Ben is a Chairman at the North Texas State Fair and Rodeo, Co-Founder of 100 Men of Denton, and is a member of the 2015 class of Leadership Denton.
His wife Natalie and three kids and him live in Aubrey, Tx. In his free time he loves to be outdoors hunting or on the lake relaxing!
Barry Stephenson was raised on the Persimmon Creek Ranch, a working cattle operation on the Canadian River just east of Canadian, in the Texas Panhandle. He developed a love for hunting, fishing, rodeo and all things cowboy at a very early age. His weekends and summers were spent in a pasture learning the importance of doing the right thing and treating people the right way.
After attending Texas Tech University, Barry built a successful career in sales and business development with over $100 Million in sales, multiple awards and Chairman’s Club Trips at companies like AT&T, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The combination of Barry’s ranch roots and corporate success allow him to relate and effectively communicate with everyone from the gruffest rancher to the slickest city businessman.
Barry and his wife Paige, who has her own very successful career in medical sales, live in Flower Mound. They have two beautiful daughters – Rylie, who attends Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and Hadley, who attends Liberty Christian School in Argyle, TX.
In addition to his real estate business, Barry is also an owner of City Wide of DFW. City Wide manages building maintenance services for commercial properties all over the Metroplex. Barry and his family are members of The Village Church in Flower Mound, where he leads the 10th grade boys in high school bible study. Barry is passionate about his family, music and the outdoors.
Born and raised in central Texas, Brad knows the area and understands the needs of central Texans.
From an early age, Brad has worked in all aspects of construction and land management. His experience allowed him to grow his own construction company building custom homes and barns in central Texas. After many years in the construction business, Brad wanted to expand his business endeavors, so he decided to start selling real estate! His passion for helping people and the relationships developed over the years was the catalyst for expanding his business.
Brad is very involved in his community as he volunteers on the Rodeo Committee for the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo and sits on the board of directors for the Central Texas Youth Rodeo Association. He is also a Pro Official for the PRCA. Brad and his family are very involved with Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Robinson, Texas, from teaching Sunday School, hosting small group bible studies, to working with the youth.
Brad and his wife Traci have two wonderful kids, Maverick and Kymber. When he is not working, you can find Brad hauling his kids to youth rodeos, attending sporting events, hunting, fishing, or just enjoying working on his ranch in Riesel.
Brad will be a sales associate for Ranchman Properties’ central Texas division.
