The 3 labors have CR 207 (dirt), which splits two labors, and CR 217 (dirt) access on the eastern border of the property. The property 1.6 miles off paved FM 746 to the north. The best access point is from FM 746, and to take CR 207 south.

The land comprises of 3 labors (531.2 acres), with a survey in hand.
The land lays well is mostly level with minimal contour. The elevation ranges from the highest point of 3910 ft to 3879 ft at the lowest.
