The quality is outstanding! This newly reconstructed home in 2017, has been refurbished down to the foundation. New floor joists, studs, drywall, electrical, plumbing, h20 tank, furnace, ac, roof, fascia, soffit's, siding, gutters, sidewalks, front porch, patio. All new mechanicals.
