NO FIX UP needed here. This cottage was completely redone in 2010 except for the windows which are the old style in the bedrooms so they open in. Seller says that is easier egress if needed in an emergency. The owners were very exacting in their remodel, it is quality workmanship throughout. The interior is Pine and Cedar. The Maple kitchen cabinets were custom built for the cottage, as was the china cabinet. Flooring is laminate. Ceilings throughout are wood and the living room is a cathedral ceiling. Closets even have some aromatic Cedar walls. The exterior vinyl siding was done in 2008, as was the roof. This is definitely a move in ready cottage and it is just two blocks from a walking access to Budd Lake. It doesn't get any better than this.
