Lot 5 and lot 6 as shown on PB 77, PG 163 have been recombined as shown on PB 81, PG34 in the Forsyth County, NC Register of Deeds. This property was previously known as lot 6. Lots 5 and 6 are now known respectively as Tract Three and Tract Four on PB 81, PG 34. This property shall be deeded as Tract Three, PB 81, PG34. Also see the Private Utility Easement for Lot 5 Sewer Service across the front of lot 6, PB 77, PG 163. This Private Utility Easement across the front of the recombined Tract Four shall be used to provide Sewer Service for the recombined Tract Three.
