This is a great weekender cabin, a place to downsize into or starter home. Most of the north and west walls are glass & sliding glass doors, which have been upgraded along with the windows. Sits high, so there are good views onto the 3rd Lake. Large fire-place in the SE corner of the living room, so no obstructed views! Wrap-around deck along N and W, and a comfortable screened porch on the S. This home has great appeal as it is, but there is also room for the house to be expanded to the W. A one car attached carport (that could be easily converted to a garage), with a large storeroom-shop space. A great treed lot with many hardwoods and pines, & upgraded aerobic system . Washer and dryer will convey, and refrigerator & most of the furniture is negotiable. Boat launch, slip space and pier across the street, for quick access to the water. If you are looking for large and spacious, this is not it, but if you want something cozy and relaxing, this may be the one.
