This Historically Designated circa 1884 Queen Anne victorian is known as The Reagan Cottage. Although rennovated in 2002 with electrical, plumbing,heating/cooling unit/furnace, roof, paint, the cottage maintains original hardware, hardwood floors, wood walls including beadboard. With 13' ceilings, very large rooms, it has two sets of four 10' bay windows. The present caretaker has chosen two bedrooms, however the cottage supports up to four. The yard boasts four producing pecan trees, several dogwood, redbud, plum, ornamental pear and its 150+ oak. The gardens have many sitting areas and perennial

flowers bloom throughout the year.
