This is a place for guys and guys only. I know that’s not politically correct but I don’t care. OK, maybe a couple of girls but only if they know how to fish and play golf. This is just a cool little place to get of town and come to the lake and go fishing. Maybe sneak in a round of golf. This little cabin can sleep 3 to 6 with ease. Within 5 minutes of at least 3 major public boat ramps and maybe less than that to an 18 hole championship golf course. This could be a great place for a couple of guys to go in and buy and when they are not using it, turn around and rent it out. It has two loft bedrooms, a large living area, breakfast bar, kitchen and full bath. Both the front and back porches are covered and the back porch has ceiling fans. There are two storage buildings in back plus a single car carport. It has an 11’ x 20’ metal boat storage and the pontoon boat is also included along with many of the personal items in the cabin.
