WOW the views on this lot is amazing. The back yard having the views of the feather river and the canyon. Pre fire was a two story home with a bottom basement. Septic is unknown, A new concrete one was put in pre fire and it's in the front yard which did not burn. Has 2 large electric gates, the box melted in the fire. The rest of the fence is in good shape.
