Excellent storage facility in great, easy-to-access location! This is a steel-framed, 100 X 56, metal sided, rubber-membrane-roof building, for a total of 5,600 square feet of storage plus an attached 26 X 30 loading area.

The storage area has been upgraded with modern ventilation and insulation. The 0.89 acre site has town water and is serviced with three-phase electricity. Facility is currently used for potato storage with a 27,000 CWT capacity. It is a bin styled storage with a central rollway. In 2010 the roof was replaced including all purlins (galvanized), interior galvanized liner, 6 inches of rigid insulation and a rubber roof system. Storage is ventilated by Gorman Time system through culverts (8 inch spacing), 5.5 hp fan providing 1 cfm with 3-phase VFDs.
