In addition to earning the ALC Designation, Doyle has also received the Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Residential Remodeling Specialist (RRS) and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designations. Doyle comes to the Real Estate industry with a vast array of experience and knowledge. Growing up on a sprawling ranch in Texas instilled a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the land. He spent years in commercial construction and 22 years of service in the Marines. Doyles skills in management, leadership and negotiations prepare him to benefit our clients and team overall. His keen eye for detail and experience with most aspects of home building and repair processes is greatly beneficial to clients. Doyle performs pre-offer property evaluations to minimize surprises during inspections. For selling clients, Doyle performs pre-listing consultation and recommendations to best prepare homes to reduce buyer concerns. Doyle not only loves helping clients find their perfect home, but loves helping them find the perfect Hunting Ranch, Farm and Ranch residential property or raw land. Doyle is educated and experienced in specialized areas such as Farm and Ranch Real Estate, Land 101, Transitional Land Development, Oil, Gas and Minerals, 1031 Exchanges, Subdivision Land Development and many others.
