Concho Lakeland Unit 6 lies close to US Highway 60, southwest of St. Johns, the County Seat of Apache County. St Johns is approximately 32 miles via County Roads and State Highways. In addition, the tracts lie approximately 25 miles east of Show Low, Arizona, a popular tourist destination in the midst of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Show Low can be reached by US Highway 60 south of the tracts. The mountains and valleys in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest provide some of the fantastic mountain views to be found to the south and west of the tracts along with fishing, hiking, and all types of outdoor recreation. Show Low and St Johns both offer shopping and entertainment amenities. The town of Concho is approximately 7 miles to the north of the tracts in Unit 6 via County Road 3540 and State Highway 61. This small town offers some amenities and services, as well as fishing on Concho Lake. Some of the roads around the tracts are gravel, but all connect to a well maintained County Road that provides access to Both US Highway 60 and State Highway 61 north of the tracts.
