The mixed cover and terrain of the ranch is habitat for an abundance of wildlife including Mule Deer, Antelope, Valley and Mountain Quail, Dove, waterfowl as well as Bobcat, Coyote, Badger, occasional Mountain Lion and Bald eagle. The ranch has first class improvements with the main house of 2,900 sq ft . It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining/family room combination with fireplace, living room with fireplace, office, lots of closet and storage, plus deck on three sides with overview of meadows and meandering stream. Bunkhouse includes kitchen/dining/living room combination, large bathroom, and bedroom with nine bunks, and full width covered porch. Caretaker’s house is approximately 1,500 sq ft, has 2 bedrooms, den, 2 bathrooms, office, and living room with fire place. Outbuildings include 5,000 sq ft enclosed barn with water, electric and concrete floor. A large 2 bay shop with electricity and concrete floor.
