Location:
Paved road frontage on U.S. Hwy. 83 in western Real County. This ranch is located approximately 15 miles north of Leakey and 2 miles south of State Hwy. 39. Driving time to San Antonio is approximately 1.5 hours. IH-10 is 33 miles via State Hwy. 41.
Improvements:
After wildlife viewing around the ranch, take a break on the porch of the 2,575 +/- square foot villa. The stucco-sided villa features Spanish tile roofing, three bedrooms, three baths, tile floors, a large entertaining style kitchen, bar and dining room, 1,100 square feet of covered porches and a 1,000 SF enclosed garage with workshop. Next to the home sits a steel-framed R.V. barn where you can store your ranch equipment. The water well at the headquarters is "sweet" water from the Trinity reservoir and besides the house it serves to fill several water troughs.
