One should obtain an updated estimate. The home to the right appears to be a stick built or modular home. The lot to the left has a retention pond and cannot be built upon. Behind the retention pond & to the left & behind this lot is another lot. The home to the left of the retention pond also appears to be stick built or a modular home. Only double wide mobile homes, modular or stick built homes are allowed in Eastwood Acres.
