Some people refer to oil as liquid gold, but I believe spring water is liquid gold! This spring flows approx. 900,000 gallons per day. It has a lake & creates a large creek that runs through other properties. There is a left apartment in the rock building, large pavilion plus a metal building w/ 5000 gallon water tanks for loading water trucks. Six new cabins - two 1 bedroom, three - 3 bedroom & one - 4 bedroom. Plenty of wildlife, streams & a large lake site!
