The ranch is divided into 6 different herd fence pastures. The owner has released over 150 bucks in the last 2 years in these pastures. Some bucks now will score over 200" B&C. The largest buck taken in the last 2 years scored 208" B&C. The ranch is currently under the Texas Parks and Wildlife MLD program as a Level III ranch.
Wild turkeys are abundant on the ranch with birds roosting in live oaks near the house part of the year. Bobwhite quail, dove, and waterfowl are seen regularly on the property.
