The 1,486 acre Hamlin Ranch is a wonderful oasis of thick mesquite pastures and active cultivation with a seasonal creek traversing through 3 tracts of the ranch.

It's full of rich history from its former days when it was used as a gypsum processing plant and as the town of Celotex, Texas. The foundations and several structures are still evident in the maturing mesquite pastures with a variety of artifacts scattered around the former plant area.
