This property consist of native range land in Reagan County, TX. There is one miles of Road frontage on the west side of the ranch. There is oil productions on the property.

The terrain ranges from level mesquite flats on the north side of the ranch, and rocky cedar brakes and canyons on the south half of the ranch. There is a good combination of mesquite flats and rough rock terrain across the ranch.
