Nestled up against the face of Squaw Butte overlooking both the Emmett Valley and Sweet Valley, Butte Road runs through this property. The property can be access via Sweet or Emmett way and can be accessed via Hwy 52 (Emmett) or the Sweet/Ola Hwy (Sweet). The higher elevations on the ranch have views of the Black Canyon Reservoir and the lower elevations look up to Squaw Butte and out to each valley. The property is within an hour of Boise, Idaho. Butte Road is county maintained year-round.
