Improvements: There is a comfortable lodge that overlooks a nice lake. The lodge consists of two separate buildings. One features an open design consisting of a vaulted living/dining/kitchen combination that is very cozy with a stone fireplace. Large windows allow good views to the lake. A great porch is attached that provides wonderful entertainment options. The second building consists of three bedrooms & one bath. The lodge can be reached at all times due to the paved road (.8± mile) from the main entrance.

Water: 1 water well supplies water to the Lodge. The well is believed to be around 200± feet deep. Olmos & Gato Creeks provide good drainage & several more potential tank locations. They are both named creeks that provide good cover as well. There are 4 tanks, one which is several acres when full.

Vegetation: This ranch has good brush diversity which includes guajillo, blackbrush, granjeno, guyacon, huisache, whitebrush & prickly pear. The ranch has many mesquite trees and a few oak trees in the creek bottoms.

Wildlife: This is a great free ranging whitetail deer ranch. The owner harvested a 172± B/C net in 2004. The ranch has an abundance of game including whitetail deer, turkey, hogs, quail & dove.
