Tract Description: The Oak Grove Tract is located on the east side of Highway 63 approximately 7 miles south of the Cleveland/Jefferson County line and 1 miles north of Calmer. The tract is well stocked with primarily mature pine sawtimber. Highway 63 provides excellent access to the property. The property is described as the N of the SE , part of the E of the SE of the SE , and part of the NE of the SW lying east of highway, Section 4, T9S, R9W, containing a total of 100.7 acres, more or less, located in Cleveland County, Arkansas.

Timber Inventory: The timber inventory was conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in August 2016. The inventory cruise consisted of 76 variable radius 20 basal area factor prism points on cruise lines that ran east and west. Trees were tallied in 1 inch diameter classes by species and product. Volumes were calculated using locally accepted volume tables. Following is a summary of estimated tree counts and timber volumes. Summarized timber reports are included in the notice.
