The Tuttle Road Mine Tract is a fully-permitted, 100-acre sand mine in Berkeley County, South Carolina. The soil boring analysis performed on the site identified approximately 1 4 million cubic yards of sands. All environmental permits including wetlands, cultural resources, threatened and endangered species, coastal zone consistency, mine operating permit reclamation plans, NPDES, encroach permit zoning and an irrevocable letter of credit reclamation bond are in place to immediately begin mining operations. The tract has approximately 1600 feet of county dirt road frontage on Tuttles Road and Nobels Lane.
