This ranch was engineered by Texas A&M for use of the BMA irrigational canal. It consists of 100+/- acres which is completely high fenced. There are two tanks one of which is 35 feet deep. They are both stocked with many species of fish. There are exotics and genetically improved whitetail on the ranch. The exotics include fallow and black buck. There are two hunting blinds on the property which will have 15" flat screen tv’s to monitor infrared cameras on the feeders, directv, heat/air and insulation. The BMA canal is set up to irrigate the entire property and also to fill the tanks. Membership for the BMA is $1,018 per year and the cost of water is $24 per acre foot and your use is unlimited.
