Holy B-Jesus! This is a small mountain top I've owned for about thirty plus years. I'm having trouble with getting it linked on the maps herein. But, it is just west of where the Rio Grande Gorge (Rio Grande del Norte National Monument) merges with the Red River gorge. It's labeled as "Arsenic Springs" on the maps as a national park.

Many years ago I donated a series of five acre parcels up on Cerro Montoso to be awarded to the most innovative filmmaker with a feature film entered in the festival. The goal was to start a filmmaker's retreat up there where up and coming directors could retreat from the Hollywood corruption of their souls and regain their sanity.
