Property Description

Property Summary
This is a beautiful, 1,575 +/- square foot farm style home. It was built only 5 years ago so everything in it is fairly new. It has tile flooring in both bathrooms and the utility room. Throughout the rest of the house is real hardwood flooring. The living and kitchen area is an open concept with the rest of the rooms to the sides. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with large, six-foot-high 24 pane windows that accentuates the farmhouse feel of the home and lets in abundant natural light. Each window also features real wood blinds. Aside from the living room, each room has 9-foot high ceilings to make the entire place feel open and airy.

Each door in the home is a farm style, two-panel door that opens with a porcelain doorknob. Separating the utility room from the office is a pocket door to maximize space in each room. The trim in the home is a simple, craftsman style trim painted with a durable, top quality oil-based paint.

The house sits on 10.83 acres in the country and is located at the end of a dead end gravel road with easy access to US Highway 83. Each building is built out of the same material and has matching metal roofs for a put together look.

It has a beautiful porch all the way across the front of the house. It also has a huge double carport with a storage closet to the far side of the carport. It has a small deck attached to the back of the home. This home would make the perfect place to relax in the quietness and peacefulness of the country.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom is a spacious area with a walk-in closet that features built-in shelving to maximize storage. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, toilet, single sink, water efficient fixtures, and ample storage space.

Bedrooms
Opposite of the master bedroom are two identical bedrooms on the houses west end. They include nice sized closets with a built-in chest of drawers located in the closets in order to maximize floor space. Each bedroom is equipped with a Hunter ceiling fan and a light.

Bathrooms
Besides the master bath, there is a second bathroom that is located between the two bedrooms. Included in this bathroom is a tub/shower combo, double sinks, and toilet. This bathroom also contains water-efficient fixtures and ample storage space. Each bathroom and the kitchen sink and appliances is provided hot water through a tankless hot water system.

Kitchen
The kitchen includes all appliances, plenty of storage and counter space, and a pantry. The appliances are all stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery pieces including side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and propane range with an over-the-range vent.

Custom upper and lower cabinets line the walls of the well-thought-out kitchen and stamped backsplashes tie in the farmhouse feel to the rest of the property. The ceilings are made from tongue-and-groove pine boards painted white and feature recessed, LED lighting.

The deep steel and porcelain sink provides plenty of capacity for food preparation and cleanup. The kitchen has a built-in bar (with underbar storage) that can be used as an eating table or preparation table for cooking. The bar is made from reclaimed barn beams that are over 100-years old.

Living Area
This home has a spacious living area that features 14-foot high, tongue-and-groove pine ceilings with recessed LED lighting. A 60-inch Hunter ceiling fan helps circulate air in this well-insulated home.

The focal point of the living room is the propane-fueled fireplace that comes complete with a thermostat and blower unit that efficiently circulates the heat produced. The hearth is made from distressed copper while an AirStone facade is stacked from the floor up and gives the fireplace a rustic feel. Above the fireplace is a custom built, antique barn beam that serves as a mantle.

Flanking the fireplace is a pair of built-in shelving units. One is open so pictures, decor, and other items can be displayed in full view. The other side has doors so you can hide books, movies, or any other item youd like to keep out of view.

Office/Dining area
This is a flexible space. Currently, its being used as an office and features a built-in desk with a rustic, reclaimed wood desktop. French doors open up to a deck that overlooks the backyard.
This space can also be re-purposed as a dining room.

Leading up an interior stairway to the upper floor is a loft apartment for guests. The loft is equipped with a bathroom, shower stall, and sink. Reclaimed materials are in full and tasteful use in this space. The knee walls that flank each side of the loft double as a storage area. This home has an in-ground, fiberglass swimming pool that was installed in the spring of 2017. The pool is 32 feet long and 15 feet wide and is about 5.5 feet in the deepest end. The pool is chlorine free and water quality is maintained by a salt generation system. Set the perfect mood in the pool with the color changing LEDs that light up the water after dark.

Surrounding the swimming pool is concrete work thats stamped and colored to mimic stone. A rustically-inspired cabana is equipped with a vintage styled lighting package that creates the perfect ambiance for after dark swimming.

Half of the pool area is landscaped with native, drought tolerant plants and is easy to maintain. The other half is bermudagrass sod that was laid a year ago. An outdoor shower is a refreshing addition to wash off before jumping into the pool and an antique brick path leads you to the pool.
