Just west of the Missouri River in northern South Dakota, this property is in a productive area where excellent crops are raised. Most of this land can be farmed, as it is level with productive soil types. A few areas would best be utilized for summer grazing, or wildlife habitat.

This land has been in the Fritz family for 85 years. The fertility here should be excellent! Larry has grown wheat on this ground, but in recent years, he has been mostly haying this property, and alfalfa seems to be growing everywhere in this good soil. Some parts of this farm are still in native sod. This alfalfa has been returning nitrogen and fertility to the soil for quite a few years. Lot 9 sits along 269th Ave., the road heading south out of Trail City.
