Taxes: The 2025 real estate taxes and all prior years taxes shall be the responsibility of the seller. All future years taxes shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Survey: If needed, survey costs will be split equally between Buyer and Seller.
Terms: A 10% earnest deposit will be required from the buyer at signing of the purchase agreement. The balance shall be due within thirty days after execution of said agreement.
