This tract supports a mix of upland hardwoods and loblolly pine with excellent access on Route 147 and Crooked Creek Cemetery Road. Additional access is provide over the abandoned railroad grade on the east boundary. The property is located in close proximity to Kentucky Lake and joins TVA property. Forest Management Notes: No timber has been harvested from this tract since the seller's acquired the tract in 2004. The southern portion is dominated by premerchantable pine plantation and hardwood buffers along creeks. There are no large areas of hardwood on the southern twothirds of the tract. Portions of the northern one third of the tract were cutover before acquisition. This area also includes a 20 year old sweetgum plantation.

A tornado damaged some of the hardwood on the southern end of the tract in February of 2008. The areas were too small to salvage. The tornado does not appear ...
