This 119 acres has approximately 1,500' of road frontage along CR 380. Country Road 369 runs along the east side and is currently accessible but is not maintained. There is still a solid gravel roadbed in place. The timber was cut 5 years ago and since then there has been a strong regeneration of pine timber. There is roughly 20+/- acres of pine and hardwood timber still standing along the creek and southeast corner. Water provided by Crossroads Water Association, electric provided by Natchez Trace EPA, and fiber are available at the road.
