Order of Auction: This 120 +/- acres will be offered in 40 acre tracts, a 120 acre tract, and in combinations to suit the buyer.
Crop: The Seller’s share (1/3) of the presently growing wheat crop and the Seller’s F.S.A. payment for same, if any, sells with the surface.
