Cox #3 tract is located five miles south of Board Camp within the boundary of Ouachita National Forest. Access is via unimproved woods roads. Topography on all tracts is rolling and site index averages 70 feet on fifty year base. ?Tract consists of approximately sixteen acres of pine plantation established in 2000, fifty-five acres of lightly stocked pine regeneration, and forty-nine acres of native hardwood.
