From Interstate 65 exit # 208, go west on Higgins Ferry Road (Co Rd 28) for 1.7 miles and take a right on 1st Street South. Then go 2/10s of a mile and take the 3rd left onto 3rd Ave. North. Then go 4/10s of a mile to 7th Street North (U S Hwy 31) and take a right. Then take your first left (about 350) onto AL Hwy 22 West and head towards Maplesville. Go 16.6 miles to U S Hwy 82 (passing through Maplesville at about 14.9 miles) and take a right onto the loop to U S Hwy 82 East (toward Montgomery). Then go 3.4 miles on U S Hwy 82 East to County Road 16 and take a right. Then go 3.2 miles to the house on the left side of the road at 18151 County Road 16. Look for the Cyprus Partners signs. You are now on the property, this house is part of the sale, and the property is on both sides of the paved road. You are welcome to walk the property on your own.
