LOCATION: Harper Ranch is located approximately one mile West of Harper, Tx. On the SE corner of Hwy 290 and Barker-Rogers Road. This Gillespie County ranch is about 25 miles West of Fredericksburg with its gate located right off Hwy 290.

IMPROVEMENTS: The ranch is fenced on 3 sides and has cross fencing. The very back of the ranch has not been fenced. There is an old barn & pens.

TERRAIN: The terrain of the ranch features plateaus and limestone hills broken up by the Pedernales River (usually dry but scenic). Elevation changes range from 1100 to 2250 above sea level. There are many mature, healthy scattered Live Oaks though out the ranch as are Shin Oaks, Cedar Elms and bee brush. The ranch also features grasses and forbs well suited for grazing. There is approximately 22 acres of agricultural use.

WILDLIFE: We saw lots of deer and at least a dozen turkey while we were on the ranch. ...
