These tracts are a marvelous combination of many of the things our buyers clamor for. They are all wooded in large timber, all have paved road frontage, and all are near Augusta, just a few miles south of Keysville. Several tracts also have natural springs that could perhaps be used to construct a pond. If you are looking for a home site with lots of character and wilderness. Most tracts are predominantly in planted pine but also have areas of large, attractive hardwoods. If you desire a place close in, with good timber, with only a short drive to Augusta, you won't go wrong with any of these tracts. These tracts all have ample frontage of no less than 320 feet on either Hwy 305 or on St. Clair Road, both of which are paved maintained roads. Most tracts will have both planted pine timber as well as some hardwood regrowth areas that contain some truly monstrous oaks. These are truly fabulous tracts that won't last long.
