The Conservation Commission of the State of Missouri is offering approximately 13 acres of heavily wooded recreational land in Boone County for public online auction on GovDeals to the highest bidder (after reserve price is met).

The tract is adjacent to the Rocky Fork Conservation Area and is located near N Patricia Rd. The seller does NOT have legal access to the property and any access to the property will need to be negotiated by the purchaser. There are no utilities available to the site. Tract includes 3.79-acres of a 5.12-acre shared lake.
