There is a large electric transmission line running along the property with rolling hills that provide long-range shooting opportunities. While hunting on the power line you can see for miles across the Choctawhatchee River and beyond. There are several different age groups of timber and cover on the property making for great whitetail habitat.
The Choctawhatchee River meanders along the northern edge of the property with plenty of nice sandbar accesses to enjoy the river, especially in the summer. The fishing on the Choctawhatchee can be heart-stopping when the Red Eye Bass are destroying your favorite top water lures. This property also has a half-acre pond stocked with bream and catfish, perfect for the kids to enjoy countless hours of fishing from the bank or on a boat. Orlando is 5.5 hours, Atlanta is 3.5 hours, and Pensacola is just a 2.5 hour drive.
