Situated on a paved road just north of the Pennsylvania line is this mostly wooded tract of land with a beautiful trout stream. Established logging trails throughout the property provide easy hiking and ATV riding. There is some pastureland along the creek bottom and timberland sloping up the hill consisting mainly of hardwoods.
Cryder Creek meanders over 2,000 feet through the property and is stocked with Brown Trout annually by the NYS DEC. The timberland includes a mix of hardwoods including maple, cherry, beach, and ash sloping up the hillside and borders large agricultural fields to the south. A recent select timber has provided graded roads and abundant cover for wildlife. While walking the property I bumped several deer and came across numerous fresh buck rubs.
