It’s fair to assume this timber will be cut during traditionally prolonged dry times of the year…late summer in Louisiana. The owner of the timber will have until March 2028 to cut the designated trees or the timber reverts to the landowner.

Location: Situated southeast of Chatham, LA. From Hwy 4 approx. 4 miles east of Chatham, take Hwy 499 south approx. 2.1 miles to Browder Road to the right (west). Go approx. 1 mile along Browder Road to Indian Creek Road to the right. Follow Indian Creek Road approx. 0.8 miles to a small metal gate to the right. This is the entrance to the property at the SE corner.
