The Fisk Tract is conveniently located off HWY 64 in western Colleton County near the town of Lodge. Access to I-95 and the town of Walterboro is 17+/- miles east.

The majority of the Fisk Tract (85+/- acres) is in well stocked, merchantable pine (20+/- year old), with the remainder in 3+/- year old re-gen/open.
