There is a duck impoundment that was built several years ago with a flashboard riser that has attracted a mix of mallards, wood ducks, grey ducks (gadwalls) and teal since it was built. Big deer and turkeys have been seen on camera consistently for the past several years, and one gobbler was harvested here opening weekend of the 2022 turkey season as well as the 2023 season. There is currently a dove field on the property and one green field. There are two creeks on the property, one of them is a wet weather creek which will only run when we have had some rain. The other is a year round creek which holds water year round! Along these creeks there is mature hardwood which provides a great filtration system for the water! This is a great area to hang a bow stand in the fall, and sit during the spring when chasing turkeys!

Also, there are 75 +/- acres of row crop that are currently being leased out for farming for $50/acre/year.
